THE JOURNEY
We believe that life change happens over time and in community. That's why we guide people on a journey of impact with clear, intentional steps.
Victory in the City is dedicated to empowering youth and cultivating leaders. Through targeted engagement, development, mobilization, training, and community involvement, we equip middle school youth, high school youth and young adults living in the inner-city with the skills and resources needed to effect positive change in their community.

WE ENGAGE
Change starts with engagement. We meet people right where they are through community canvassing, special events and student assemblies hosted at local schools.
WE DEVELOP
Through intentional, repeat engagement, we help students find their self-worth. Alpha training and summer camps teach social literacy, VCITY Café provides skills for the workforce, and The CRIB is dedicated to combating recidivism.
WE TRAIN
Our leadership training group, the LIT Crew, takes students deeper, equipping them to elevate their community as role models of good character and agents of change.
WE SEND
The journey never truly ends - instead, we multiply the impact by sending students back into the community, fully equipped to Engage, Develop, Mobilize, Train and Send their peers.

WE MOBILIZE
Operation Hands and Feet meets the physical needs of those in need around the city. It provides a perfect opportunity for our youth to grow spiritually through acts of service alongside of adult leaders.
