Our 10-day program immerses young individuals in essential workplace skills, covering professionalism, communication, job interviews, and work ethic. Through practical activities like role-playing, public speaking, and mock interviews, students gain hands-on experience. The program also includes career planning, networking, mentorship, and real-world exposure through workplace visits and job shadowing, culminating in personal presentations and a graduation ceremony to celebrate their achievements.

Our 90-day program equips inner-city youth, aged 11-19, with essential skills in graphic design, video production, and web development. Over 12 weeks, students will master tools like Adobe Creative Suite, create projects such as logos and promotional materials, and develop a capstone project that integrates all they've learned. With a focus on practical application, the program also includes mentorship, guest speakers, and continuous support, preparing students for future careers in design and media while building a professional portfolio.
